About Me

In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, hiking, SUP, music, and language learning. I love yoga because it gives me both a space to challenge myself, and a space to find peace, depending on what I need. I grew up being in choir, playing the piano, violin, and organ, and music is a big part of my life. I’ve lived in Hong Kong (born and raised), South Korea, and Canada, and had travelled to many other countries.

There was a phase in life in which I was on the receiving end of counselling. After a challenging life incident that left me devastated and broken, I felt my life would be hopeless from then on. It took me some time (years) to find the courage to seek help. My counselling experience made me feel heard, understood, safe, and empowered. It helped me find the strength, resilience, and wisdom that was always within me. In our work together, I hope to create this space that is full of empathy, compassion, companionship, and curiosity, where you find that you are enough, you are resilient, and you are wise.
